China Gourmet is by far my favorite restaurant in Naples. The atmosphere is comfortable with booths and separate tables, dim red lighting, and Chinese artwork decor. They have all of the typical Chinese menu options, including some Americanized specials, like General Tso Chicken. Their house special Lo Mein is spectacular, including shrimp, chicken, beef, and pork, all mixed with vegetables and lo mein noodles. The portion is very generous, almost too much to eat in one sitting. The price is around $18, which is good for two people. Their lunch specials are great, and the menu has a good assortment of combinations. Their sauces are all delicious and not too overpowering, and the service is good - never had a problem. Their soups are impressive, especially the hot and sour. The egg rolls and egg roll buffet are good, but sometimes the buffet is a bit soggy from sitting out all day. An issue all buffets face, I'm sure. Most of the starters are $7, with lunch specials starting at $8. Their soup and egg rolls are around $6, and everything else starts at $10.
