From the smiling young lady who takes your order at the counter to the bowl of steaming, flavorful, fragrant Pho that arrives in what feels like seconds, this place just hits every mark. The pho is the genuine article— Complex, rich, spicy beef broth, big tender slices of rare steak, interesting and tender tripe sections, fragrant basil leaves, and sprouts!! Such a satisfying lunch for such a low price. The pho bo is served with a plate of fiery chili sauce. The soft, springy noodles and the broth are the perfect balance of sweet, rich beef essence, and herbal notes. Highly recommend.

Another dish we loved was egg foo young. Again, for the price, the portion was generous, perfectly fried, and served with an interesting sweet and sour brown sauce. Egg Foo Young is a Chinese omelet, made with a thin egg mixture, onions, and your option of protein, in this case, chicken.
