I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tsing Tao House, located at 3604 Hartsel Dr #C, Colorado Springs, CO, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and authenticity of the food. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of options under categories such as appetizers, soup, egg foo young, chef specials, chicken, pork, shrimp, beef, vegetable, noodle dishes, fried rice, pad thai, and thai curry.

I started my meal with the egg rolls, which were crispy and golden brown on the outside and filled with flavorful vegetables on the inside. The wonton soup was also a great choice, with perfectly cooked dumplings and a savory broth.

For my entree, I opted for the General Tso's Chicken, which was easily one of the best I've ever had. The chicken was tender and juicy, coated in a crispy batter and tossed in a deliciously sweet and spicy sauce. The accompanying steamed vegetables were fresh and crisp, adding a nice balance to the dish.

My dining companion ordered the Pad Thai, which was also excellent. The noodles were cooked just right and the dish had a great balance of sweet and savory flavors.
