I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sushi Bay 17, located at 1728 E 17th Ave in Denver, CO, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I was pleased to see that Sushi Bay 17's menu was extensive and varied, with categories including Sushi Bar Appetizers, Kitchen Appetizers, Soup and Salad, Sushi Entrees, Kitchen Entrees, Sushi or Sashimi, Classic Roll or Hand Roll, Special Roll, Dessert, Kids Menu, and many more. I decided to start with some Sushi Bar Appetizers, and I was not disappointed. The items were fresh and flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful.

For my entree, I opted for one of their Special Rolls, and it was truly a standout dish. The combination of ingredients was unique and delicious, and the roll was expertly crafted. The service was also excellent, with drinks being refilled promptly and the food arriving in a timely manner.

I also appreciated the affordable prices and the fact that they offer a happy hour menu with discounted appetizers and drinks. I will definitely be returning to Sushi Bay 17 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great sushi spot in Denver.
