I recently had the pleasure of dining at Inaka Sushi & Hibachi located at 3809 Princess Anne Rd #108B, Virginia Beach, VA, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and variety of their menu offerings.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with traditional Japanese decor that added to the overall dining experience.

I started my meal with the Miso Soup and Seaweed Salad, both of which were delicious and fresh. The soup had a rich and savory flavor, while the salad was light and refreshing.

For my entree, I ordered the Dragon Roll and Yellowtail Sashimi from their Sushi and Sashimi menu. The Dragon Roll was beautifully presented and generously packed with flavorful ingredients, including shrimp, cream cheese, and avocado, topped with eel and drizzled with a sweet and tangy sauce. The Yellowtail Sashimi was fresh and expertly sliced, melting in my mouth with each bite.

I also had the opportunity to try their Hibachi Kitchen Entree, specifically the Filet Mignon and Shrimp. The meats were cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, with a nice char from the grill. The accompanying vegetables were crisp and well-seasoned, making for a well-rounded and satisfying meal.

The dessert menu offered a few unique options, and I went with the Green Tea Ice Cream. It was the perfect ending to my meal, with a subtle but distinct matcha flavor that was both refreshing and indulgent.
