The first thing that stood out to me was the "Build Your Own Poke Bowl" option, which allowed me to fully customize my meal according to my preferences. I chose a combination of fresh tuna, salmon, and a variety of fruits and vegetables, topped with a delicious house-made sauce. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and the portion size was very generous.
