Vodka Martini (Standard)

1 1/2 oz Vodka, 1 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth to make it on the rocks. Fill a Rocks glass with Ice and add the Vermouth & Vodka. Stir Gently and Garnish with an Olive and/or a Lemon twist. If the Martini is straight up, fill a shaker with ice, add the ingredients, stir, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with s stuffed Olive or Lemon twist

Two dashes Dry Vermouth into a cocktail or Rocks glass the pour the Ver-c mouth out of the glass, if on the rocks, fill the glass with ice and add the Vodka straight up use a chilled cocktail glass & add the vodka to it after the Vermouth has been poured away. Garnish with a Lemon twist and/or a stuffed Olive. The only way to make a Martini any more dry is not to add any Vermouth. You may also pour the Vermouth onto the ice & then strain the ice out

Gin Martini (Standard)

1 1/2 oz Gin, 12 oz Dry Vermouth. To make it on the rocks, fill a rocks glass with ice and add the Vermouth & Gin. Stig gently and garnish with an Olive and/or a Lemon twist. If the Martini is straight up, Fill a shaker with ice, add ingredients, stir and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with an Olive or Lemon twist. Try different stuffed Olives

Ibrik 2oz

Purpose: Specifically used for making coffee in the Middle Eastern, Turkish, Greek, and Balkan traditions. Size: Usually small, as it's designed to make one to three servings of very strong, unfiltered coffee. Method: Coffee grounds, water, and sugar (optional) are combined in the ibrik, then slowly heated-often over a gas flame or hot sand-until the coffee foams and nearly boils. It`s typically not stirred after the initial mix. Result: A thick, rich, and sludgy coffee, often served with grounds settled at the bottom of the cup.
